There are three things that make Barbara Scrivens exceptional in my opinion… First, she spends time understanding client needs which makes her able to match that against available inventory almost immediately. She did not waste my time showing me properties that were either wrong size, wrong price, or wrong location. Second, she is incredibly responsive and makes herself available to her clients at all times. In a resort community like Vail this is extremely important: she was able to meet me on my hours, on holidays, and when negotiating was available no matter what time zone I was in. Finally, Barbara does this all with a smile — she is a tough negotiator and yet does it all from a source of positive spirit to get to the best outcome for all. In conclusion, working with Barbara was fun and I now have a home that I will love for decades to come.
